JOHN BREDELL: A no-fault case is the--is really what, what benefits the person is entitled when they're injured in a motor vehicle accident, but it's much broader than that. Whether you're a pedestrian, a bicyclist, loading your car, unloading your car, working on your car, all those people, if injured, are entitled to no-fault benefits.
LYNN BREDELL: The no-fault law is extremely complex and an inexperienced attorney who is not well versed in the law will encounter many difficulties and his clients will lose benefits as a result.
JOHN BREDELL: At our firm we've handled a wide range of cases against insurance companies. We have a large focus on no-fault claims but also we, we have claims against insurance companies who insure buildings, premises, property and we've handled all types of those successfully.
LYNN BREDELL: Our reputation as no-fault attorneys is an excellent one. We have received some of the highest verdicts and settlement results in no-fault claims in the state of Michigan.
We consider all of the options for our clients in obtaining benefits for no-fault cases. This includes taking the insurance company to trial if we need to, or settling if it's in our client's best interest.
