JOHN BREDELL: Regrettably over the years, my firm has been called upon to represent the survivors of many people who have died by someone else's negligence. We've done it on many occasions. My wife and I both had to counsel people through it and it's, it's been difficult but we've been successful.

LYNN BREDELL: Every client who comes to us is seen as a real person with real pain and very real problems that we take an interest in, both in terms of the litigation and the outcome that would be the best for them.

JOHN BREDELL: Our goal in each of the cases that we handle is to educate the person about what rights they have, to help them through it and to get a fair outcome for them and let them go back to living their life the way before it was interrupted by someone else's negligence.

LYNN BREDELL: As a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers, I try to incorporate its principles of honesty, integrity, dignity, and growth in the process of a litigation.
