$825,000: Our client sustained a traumatic brain injury in a car accident, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The insurance company refused to pay no-fault benefits, claiming she was not covered. Settlement was reached, and the insurance company will continue to pay no-fault benefits in the future.

$750,000: Our client was severely injured in a car accident, in Washtenaw County, Michigan. The no-fault insurance company claimed our client was uninsured, and Medicaid began paying her medical bills. We filed suit, proved the insurance company was wrong, obtained this settlement, and also paid back Michigan taxpayers by reimbursing Medicaid. Our client is still entitled to receive, from the insurance company, all accident related no-fault benefits in the future.
